The US is negotiating a deal to pay for the dismantling of numerous Ukrainian weapon systems, including 27 Tu-95 Bear bombers, 11 Tu-160 Blackjack bombers, seven Tu-22M Backfire bombers, two Tu-134 bomber crew trainers, and 487 Kh-55 air-launched cruise missiles.--Stephen V Cole
