After strong Congressional opposition to its plan to reduce the Navy Theater Wide missile defense system to a research program, the Pentagon has agreed to fund both anti-missile systems in development. The Army's THAAD will deploy in 2007, and the Navy missile by 2010. --Stephen V Cole
