Britain called up 140 reservists on 14 January, the first involuntary call up of such personnel in 45 years (since the Suez Crisis). These personnel belong to the 3rd Military Intelligence Battalion, and will be used (in Britain) to reinforce the Defense Intelligence Agency for the war on terror.--Stephen V Cole
