The CIA will declassify audio and video information proving Iraq's efforts to hide its weapons programs. There was much resistance to this within the intelligence community, because by making this information public, it becomes easier to avoid such surveillance. This is a major problem with modern espionage, as new surveillance technology only works until the enemy finds out about it and develops ways to defeat it.
