The Air Force is creating a new Deputy Chief of Staff for Warfighting Integration to emphasize the need for every system and command to better serve those actually fighting a war. Chief of Staff General Jumper has ordered every section of the Air Force to rethink how it handles information so that it can get the needed data to the decision makers and trigger-pullers as efficiently as possible.--Stephen V Cole
