New President Bush runs his schedule "like a cast iron clock" with everything exactly on time. This has annoyed military briefers who could always get Clinton to give them more time if they "made the briefing interesting". President Clinton drove the Secret Service crazy by always being late, starting almost every schedule up to an hour later and finishing each day two hours late, often due to unscheduled side trips.--Stephen V Cole
