A visit to the carrier Theodore Roosevelt by six Miami Dolphin cheerleaders prompted female members of the crew to demand that football players be sent on the next tour. Other women on the ship complained that the cheerleaders had gotten the men on the crew "all fired up" and then left them for the female sailors to deal with it.
