The Royal Australian Navy has received the first of 11 new SH-2G(A) Super Seasprite helicopters from Kaman Aerospace. Kaman plans to assemble the other 10 in Australia from kits made in the US. The eleven aircraft are all made from former US Navy aircraft which have been refurbished to "zero time" so they will have at least 10,000 flight hours. The helicopters will be armed with Penguin-2 missiles, Mark-46 lightweight torpedoes, and Mark-11 Depth Charges.--Stephen V Cole
