Russian Carrier for India- Russia has agreed to sell India the de-commissioned aircraft carrier Admiral Gorshkov. Russia will modernize the carrier and supply MiG-27K fighters and other equipment. Built in 1987, the Admiral Gorshkov is being sold at a cheap price, while Russia will make money doing the modernizations. Details on price and schedules were not released.
