Greece has ordered 27 Exocet MM40 Block 2 anti-ship missiles from Matra of France to arm its new Super-Vita patrol boats. The Greeks drove a hard bargain, getting technology transfers, a promise by Matra to buy Greek products worth 160% of the contract, and six free missiles for training.--Stephen V Cole
