PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 20, 2013) An F/A-18E Super Hornet assigned to the Royal Maces of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 27 performs a high-speed inverted maneuver over the guided-missile destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88). Preble is on patrol with the George Washington Carrier Strike Group in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
