Pensacola, Fla. (Sept. 4, 2005) � Crew members of a German Air Force A-310 aircraft offload Meals Ready-to-Eat (MRE) on board Naval Air Station Pensacola, Fla., in support of Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Donated by the German Government, 30-tons of MREs will be distributed trough the Gulf Coast region to feed the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The Navy's involvement in the Hurricane Katrina humanitarian assistance operations is led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in conjunction with the Department of Defense.
