SAN DIEGO (Sept. 9, 2011) A tugboat renders honors as the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) transits the San Diego Bay. Ronald Reagan returned to its homeport of San Diego after a seven-month deployment to the western Pacific and U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
