Eisenhower (CVN 69), left, the Military Sealift Command fleet-replenishment oiler USNS Big Horn (T-AO 198), and the guided-missile destroyer USS Winston S. Churchill (DDG 81) conduct an underway replenishment at sea. Eisenhower and Winston S.
