Six civilians and one terrorist were killed in several encounters. Moroccan security forces are holding, in secret, a nine man Islamic terrorist group responsible for at least 29 deaths in Algeria this month. They were caught a few hours after one of their operations on August 15th. It's unusual to capture an entire group, and questioning of them apparently revealed that they operated out of a base in Morocco. This led to Algeria accusing Morocco of knowingly harboring terrorists. Morocco denied the charge, but has not yet turned the group over to Algerian authorities.
