A roadside bomb went off in a town 350 kilometers east of the capital, killing three men providing security for construction of an electrical distribution system. Islamic terrorists have attacked economic targets in the past, the last attack occurring this past June. There used to be a lot more such attacks, but the number of active Islamic terrorists going after economic targets is thought to be very low, perhaps only a few dozen men.
