Chad: American Marines Intervene

The MDJT rebels in northern Chad have not been forgotten. American marines have been brought in to train several hundred Chadian troops. Normally, soldiers of the Chadian army are not much better than the armed tribesmen that comprise rebel groups like the MDJT. But the American trainers have imparted additional skills (accurate shooting, combat tactics), that might cause Chad to send these superior troops to the Libyan border area where MDJT is hiding out, and continuing to hold valuable Algerian terrorist leaders (who are being auctioned off  Algeria, al Qaeda or whoever makes the most attractive offer.)
