EN-US;mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"> FARC, the largest rebel group agreed to negotiate a truce, and cease fire and an end to the 38 year civil war. The rebels agreed as the army closed in on their Switzerland sized neutral zone. It is unlikely that the rebels will cut a deal and adhere to it. Too many of the rebels are making too much money with various criminal activities. At the same time, a hundred FARC rebels attacked a town in southeast. Eight policemen and a civilian died and a dozen other policemen were missing.
