The government is reviving the special, elite, units that successfully destroyed some of the drug cartels a decade ago. The 110 man unit gets its pick of police investigators and army commandoes. This 110 man "Search Bloc" (it sounds better in Spanish) will go after the Norte del Valle drug cartel and its leader, Diego Montoya. Keeping a Search Bloc together proved difficult in the past, as the bribes and bullets eventually reduced the units to impotence.
