The government offered cash rewards of up to a million dollars for senior FARC and ELN leaders. In addition, the government openly invited bounty hunters to come in and go after the wanted men. It's unlikely this will happen. Going after senior rebel leaders, as a business proposition, would cost more than a million bucks. But who knows? In Colombia, stranger things have happened.
