Troops seized 15 tons of cocaine on the coast, near the Ecuadorian border. That's about three percent of the annual production of cocaine in all of  Colombia. For all of last year, 150 tons of cocaine was seized, and this 15 tons is the largest single seizure ever. Not only that, but it was found that FARC, AUC and drug gangs had all united to gather this large amount of cocaine, and arrange for its shipment, via sea, to North America.
