Infiltration of rebels across the Line of Control, from Pakistan into Kashmir, has gone up in the last month. Not by a lot, but the trend indicates that the Pakistani government is unable to control the Islamic radicals in their portion of Kashmir.

In Kashmir, rebel violence left four dead.
