Rebel violence in Kashmir left 14 dead.
India plans to deal with the tribal rebellion in the northeast by expelling up to 20 million illegal migrants from Bangladesh. Many of the migrants move into thinly populated tribal territories, angering the tribes and causing many to rebel. These low level rebellions have been going on for decades, and the Bangladesh (and Indian) interlopers into tribal lands has been the major cause.
