Pakistan is protesting, which is about all it can do, an arms deal between India and Russia. The Indians are buying a surplus 45,000 ton Russian aircraft carrier, four Tu22M3 heavy bombers and two nuclear submarines. The deal is worth some three billion dollars. Pakistan has protested the sale, which makes India a lot stronger when it comes to delivering it's hundred or so nuclear weapons. Pakistan only has about two dozen nukes and it's most reliable delivery system is aircraft.
