India says their air and electronic surveillance of Pakistani Kashmir indicates that Islamic militant camps still exist there. The militants are still trying to cross the Line of Control into Indian Kashmir. But the ceasefire between Indian and Pakistani troops is holding. Without that, and the new Indian night-vision equipment, the majority of the militants are either getting killed or wounded, or driven back.
