The mystery mortar of Pakistani Kashmir fired again, sending up to a dozen shells towards Indian army positions on the Line of Control that separates the two halves of Kashmir. The Islamic radicals want to get India and Pakistan shooting at each other along the Line of Control, as this makes it easier to sneak reinforcements into Kashmir for the weakened Islamic radical forces there.
