A number of raids in Sunni areas led to the arrest of senior members of the Sunni resistance, and supplies of weapons, ammunition and cash. As the number of such arrests grows, the amount of information on who to grab next increases. While many Sunnis are unhappy with the American presence, they were also unhappy with Saddam, who only shared the goodies with a minority of his Sunni kinsmen. The Sunnis are unhappy with their inability to deal with Saddam, and unhappy in general about Arab ineptness, even with all the oil wealth.
