A suicide car bomb went off outside the US headquarters compound in Baghdad, killing five Americans and twenty Iraqis. Over 60 people were wounded. A $2,500 rewards was immediately offered for any information leading to the capture of the terrorists responsible for the bombing. Iraqis insist that the suicide bombings are done by foreigners. Dozens of foreigners have been turned in by Iraqis, and it is believed that no more than a few hundred al Qaeda, or other foreigner, terrorists are in the country.
