Evidence continues to pile up that North Korea was selling nuclear weapons components, especially uranium, as well as ballistic missiles. North Korea has a large weapons industry, but most of the stuff produced is pretty low tech. Small arms, artillery and ammunition are the main products. Even the missiles are fairly low tech, being based on the old Soviet SCUD design (which itself is a direct descendent of the German World War II V-2 missile.) Reports from the site of last months train explosion near the Chinese border indicate the presence of  military cargo on one of the trains, and Syrian weapons technicians. This would indicate that North Korea was getting around American satellite surveillance of its ports by shipping weapons by rail to Chinese ports, and putting them on ships there. This would require some cooperation from the Chinese government, although some large bribes could have done it without involving the Chinese officially.
