Refugees are again becoming a problem, because of the new outbreak of war in neighboring Ivory Coast. There are still about 70,000 Liberian refugees in Ivory Coast camps (and another 270,000 in other countries). But in the last week, about 13,000 Ivory Coast refugees have fled into Liberia. So far, the Liberian refugee camps in Ivory Coast have been left alone, but it is feared that the Ivory Coast refugees, currently mostly women and children, will become bases for armed men, taking a break from fighting in Ivory Coast.
