The government has demanded that the MILF come clean on its support of al Qaeda and foreign terrorists. The MILF just insists that it has nothing to do with this sort of thing. But the arrest of four Indonesians, in possession of a bomb, puts the MILF in a bad spot. There has been other evidence collected from captured MILF camps and interrogations of MILF members. Apparently some factions in the MILF were willing to accpet help from anyone.
