In Georgia, border guards driving to meet their Russian counterparts hit a mine. Two Georgians were killed and one wounded. Georgia is not happy with the increasing number of Chechen refugees in their country. The refugees provide support for rebels operating in Russia and, in this case, in Georgia as well.
