A woman suicide bomber detonated a car full of explosives in Moscow's Red Square, killing five and wounding as many as twenty. Chechen rebels are suspected, as the Chechens have long vowed to carry out such attacks inside Russia. This is supposed to make the Russians want to leave the Chechens alone. But because the Russian army is in Chechnya because the Chechen gangsters and Islamic militants would not leave neighboring Russians along, this is not working. The Russians won't leave Chechnya and the Chechens won't leave the Russians alone.
