The Burundian government reported several small firefights throughout the nation. FDD rebels struck a military position in Kibogoye and killed a soldier and a civilian. The FDD guerrillas also stole a dozen cows. In the village of Kizuka, the Burdunian Army reported killing four FDD rebels in a firefight at night.
