Heres an interesting Sudanese ploy. Khartoum is now asking the UN to move the headquarters of south Sudan relief operations from Lochikio, Kenya, to areas under (Khartoum) control. Khartoum has long maintained that certain organizations use UN aid operations to assist the SPLA. For most aid organizations, such a move would be a disaster, and it would be a worse disaster from the tribes of south Sudan. Khartoum really doesnt want any aid organizations providing food in certain rebel areas.
