Thailand: Radicals Refuse to Negotiate

Archives

November12, 2006: The violence in the south is increasing, with Islamic terrorists ambushing police patrols, and increasing their attacks on Buddhist clergy. The Islamic radical groups have shown no interest in negotiating with the government.

November 9, 2006: The ban on public meetings was lifted. Martial law is still in effect, and is apparently going to be lifted in stages.
