A disturbing find in the clothes of dead LRA rebels are recent color photos of themselves. So proud are they of their attacks on civilian targets, that they posed in front of burning buses. This indicates that they must have access to photo shops in Kampala or Soroti, since processing facilities do not exist in the southern Sudan. Motivated either by sympathies or fear, a technician must have seen these developed photos emerging from the processor and handed over the photos to the rebel contacts, without informing anyone. - Adam Geibel
