Some elements in the Ugandan rebel Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) group have contacted MONUC in the Congo and have expressed their willingness to end their rebellion and go home. However, recent Ugandan intelligence reports indicated that ADF and the West Nile Bank Front (WNBF) rebels were regrouping and preparing for an attack on Uganda from eastern Congo. - Adam Geibel
