HMS Unseen, one of the Upholder class of British diesel submarines put into storage without ever having entered service, has been reactivated and is undergoing seal trials in advance of being handed over to the Royal Canadian Navy. HMS Unseen will be renamed HMCS Victoria. HMS Unseen is the first of the four to be reactivated; all will be transferred to Canada.--Stephen V Cole
